Gens PLUTIA (Replicas y falsificaciones modernas)
La gens Plutia, era una familia plebeya desconocida en la historia de la antigua Roma. Autores como Crawford, Eckhel y Cohen consideran que este magistrado monetario C. Plutius era hijo de C. Plautius, pretor en 146 A.C., es decir, asignan estas monedas a la familia Plautia. Sin embargo, Seaby o Monsen creen que es una familia distinta. (Fuente www.tesorillo.com)
