Treboniano Galo
Cayo Vibio Treboniano Galo (en latín, Trebonianus Gallus; 206 - agosto de 253 D.C.) fue un emperador romano desde 251 hasta 253 D.C., en gobierno conjunto con su hijo Volusiano..
Treboriano Galo nació en Italia alrededor del año 206 D.C. en una familia respetada con miembros en el Senado. De su matrimonio con Afinia Gemina Baebiana tenía dos hijos: el futuro emperador Gaio Vibio Volusiano y su hermana Vibia Gala.
Su carrera pasó por las estaciones habituales políticas y militares. Ascendió al puesto de cónsul y en 250 D.C. fue nombrado gobernador de la provincia de Moesia. Allí se ocupaba de la defensa de las fronteras contra los constantes ataques de los godos, gozando de gran popularidad en el ejército. (Fuente Wikipedia)
